The Royalton Service Advantage

Shop Drawings, Estimates & Project Management

On every project, Royalton Architectural Fabrication sets the standard for excellence.  We provide shop drawings which offer an accurate representation of product construction.  Our drawings show in detail the panel layout on plans, elevations, sections and details.

The shop drawings include job specific details of panels and/or column covers showing profile, attachment assemblies, and joints.  We make sure that every aspect of the project is laid out ahead of time to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and seamless coordination between design, production and installation.  This is what makes each and every job we do run so smoothly.

Fabrication & Shipping

Since 1992, Royalton Architectural Fabrication has been manufacturing extremely high quality panels and column covers.  Our fabrication methods utilize reinforced joints which are riveted into position, creating a product which is both aesthetically pleasing as well as built to last.

We specialize in the fabrication of composite and .125 aluminum wall panel systems.  At RAF, our workforce achieve such exact tolerances that our competition only hopes to match.  We build our panels with speed, precision and experience.  Our high-end equipment enables us to fabricate essentially any shape imaginable.

Our customers understand that our facility is one of the best of its kind in the country, specializing in aluminum compostie panels and 1/8″ aluminum plate.  Whatever your needs are for architectural panel systems, trust in RAF to exceed your expectations.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  We know that many times in our industry panels arrive late or damaged, either of which negatively effects the project.

To insure that all panels arrive on time and without the possibility of damage, we only ship on our trucks. First, we carefully package each panel or column cover with styrofoam.   Next, our staff loads them onto the trucks directly from our warehouse.  Our company cares that the panels arrive in perfect condition, every time.

Having done countless projects, we know that it is better to stage the shipment of the panels as well. There’s nothing worse than painted products sitting at a construction site where they can be easily damaged.

Our panels are shipped by elevation, on an as-needed basis. This is just one area where we stand head-and-shoulders above our competition. We know it is safer to store material in our shop, rather than have unneeded panels sitting at the job.

PLEASE NOTE: We only work on job sites within a 500 mile (approximate) radius of our headquarters in North Royalton, Ohio.  For detailed Shipping information, please contact our Shipping Department at 440-582-0400.

Review Our Products

Aluminum panels give you flexibility in forming custom shapes to meet your exacting design specifications. All of our aluminum panels are post painted, so you choose from a large selection of colors. If you are running a smaller job, this is something that many customers enjoy.

Royaltech aluminum panels can be insulated. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

Composite panels are light weight. Our customers love the coil coated finish that offers a 20 year paint warranty.

You may choose your finish from the standard color chart or call our Customer Service department to discuss your custom color requirements. Please note that for custom colors, minimum quantities do apply.

Our 200 Series system can be used to accommodate your radius design requiring composite panels. The 1 1/2″ or 2″ return depths are plastic welded to the exposed fascia. Our standard stainless steel clips are shop attached to the returns for fastening

Our 200 Series system can also be used for smaller jobs requiring 1/8″ solid aluminum panels. The return depth can be 1 1/2″ or 2″ with our standard stainless steel clips shop attached for fastening.

The 200A system uses our standard stainless steel clips for fastening, but incorporates an aluminum extrusion attached along the horizontal returns. This helps eliminate face deflection for the life of the panel. The 200A is our most popular caulked joint system.

These are options we provide when the panel system is to be integrated with the window system. The Glazed in options can be used on all panel sides as if replacing glass, or a combination with the 200A system.

The 3000 series is our 2″ deep Dry Joint, Rain Screen Principle System. It uses our unique interlocking extrusion design to create a crisp, clean look. The recessed reveal can be a matching or contrasting color to the panel face, providing more visual versatility to the joint depth.

When you choose to use Royaltech Column Covers, you have virtually endless possibilities available.

Choose from one of our standard vertical join details or send through a design of your own. We will work to accommodate any request.

Whether round, oblong or rectangular, Royalton Architectural Fabrication provides your custom column covers with style.

The 3000 Series Column Cover uses our 3000 series extrusions to produce a more appealing joint line without caulking. There are several options depending on installation needs and limitations. Please see the 3000 Series Column Cover webpage for additional details.

Our Hairline Series Column eliminates the typical 1/2″ joint spacing between column pieces. The butt-joint interlocks with a keyhole system, leaving a nice hairline joint.

The 200A Series Column Covers uses aluminum composite material rolled as specified (down to a 7″ radius) in either 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4 column pieces. The return depth can be 1 1/2″ or 2″ and has our standard stainless steel clips shop attached for fastening. The vertical returns also have an extrusion running the full height of the column for added column strength.
Round, square, or oblong column covers can be accommodated.
